Monique Morimoto Flaherty

Monique is a business and personal coach who partners with clients and horses to facilitate life changing opportunities.  Her areas of expertise include personal and professional leadership development, team building, personal capacity building and guiding people on their spiritual paths.  She designs and facilitates strategic planning and visioning retreats and leadership development workshops (with and without horses) for nonprofit teams, and men and women who seek to create more deeply fulfilling lives.  Over the last 10 years as Principal of SoulWorks Coaching, Monique worked with scores of clients to support them in creating new professional lives, gaining a deeper sense of confidence, trust and in taking conscious, meaningful action in the world.  Her work with her business partner in Coaching4Value provides entrepreneurs the sales skills needed to create sustainable businesses.  Diamond HorseCoaching combines her lifelong passion for horses with her capacity to engage people more fully in their lives, thus benefitting her clients and the horses who work with her.  Monique has a MS in Quality Management, is certified through the Coaches Training Institute, is a member of the International Coach Federation and is trained by Wisdom Horse Coaching and Birchwood Farm in equine guided education skills. She has co-authored two books and created a guided meditation CD that continues to nurture listeners' spirits. She is thrilled to be part of this great organization.
